The Technology Industry Awards honor Miller for outstanding corporate leadership, industry innovation, team building and community involvement
Santa Monica, Calif., May 4, 2009 – Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., a leader in on-demand, integrated learning and talent management software and services, today announced that the company’s President and CEO, Adam Miller, has been named CEO of the Year by the Technology Council of Southern California. “The Technology Council of Southern California is pleased to honor Cornerstone OnDemand CEO Adam Miller as the ‘best of the best’ in Southern California’s technology leadership for 2009,” commented Rick Sharga, president, Technology Council. “It is especially gratifying to see how successful Cornerstone and our other awards finalists have been in spite of the economic climate.”

Cornerstone is recognized among the leading talent management vendors in its category by top industry analysts such as Gartner and Bersin & Associates, and it is ranked among the fastest growing companies in North America by organizations such as the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and the Inc. 5000. The company also recently created the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, which leverages Cornerstone’s expertise in workforce development, education and software deployment for philanthropic and community benefit.
“It is a great honor to be recognized by Technology Council, particularly considering the caliber of the other category finalists,” said Adam Miller, President and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand. “Cornerstone is bucking the current economic trend, with global expansion, a growing workforce and significant market share gains.
